We support toddlers with individual communication and developmental differences, such as language delays, sensory processing challenges, autism, praxis or mobility challenges, and other neurological or genetic diagnoses.
Our programme is designed for children aged 18 months to 4 years, offering tailored support to meet their unique needs. We aim to maintain a small class size of 6 - 8 toddlers, with aspects of the programme integrated with Sol's Playschool.
Utilising the DIR® model, we focus on supporting toddlers and their families by fostering language and developmental skills based on each child’s individual foundational capacities. Our neurodiversity-affirming approach ensures every child feels understood, valued, and supported on their developmental journey.
Each child’s goals are individually tailored to their developmental profile. Goals are set at enrolment, with progress reviewed at quarterly parent meetings. Families may request additional meetings at any time.
We have introduced a therapy model similar to those used in preschools like The Talk Shop, incorporating onsite speech therapy and regular team collaboration. Families are required to commit to their child receiving two speech therapy sessions per week. These therapy sessions are not included in the school fees. Individual therapy schedules will be established at the start of the year, and we encourage parents to attend as many sessions as possible.
To provide comprehensive developmental support, we offer optional onsite occupational therapy and physiotherapy. Collaboration among team members is a vital component of our early intervention approach, and onsite therapy is recommended for children who require these services.
